Don't know if anyone has heard of these pills I found on amazon. Haven't ordered them yet but the reviews from others with rls are good. What do you all think? Calm Legs Natural Sleep Aid for Natural Itching, Crawling, Tingling and Leg Jerk Relief with Iron, Magnesium, and Valerian

Milk
Hi folks, My friend has made her own alternative milks. There's 3 different kinds of oat milk at the moment. Now when she was in the process of getting these milks out there she was boasting how these milks are 100% natural/organic, fairtrade and use no plastic and has no additives like vegetable oil

PCOS and Amenorrhea
Hi, I was diagnosed with PCOS last July, when they diagnosed me there was a relief in the sense it now explained that there was a reason behind the irregular menstrual cycles and the hirsutism. But my concern is that I haven't actually had any periods for about 15 months and the medroxyprogesterone

Hair issues
I've seen post about hair thinning and other hair problems which cause us all distress adding to our other problems related to Pred and PMR. I've been on pred since last April and noticed I was shedding a lot of hair from November onwards, I had my hair cut shorter than my usual shoulder length to chin

Pulmonary embolism
I got diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism two weeks ago after my asthma had been bad, they initially thought it was a chest infection! Now on apixaban blood thinner, had a stomach bleed on Christmas Day, but ok now. How long does it take for a PE to resolve?

having one’s replies switched off
I was unaware I’d committed a contravention(!) and extremely relieved the only punishment was to have my replies switched off! If we’re splitting hairs about what constitutes natural, the only additives in the products prescribed to me by Dr Peatfield are: Each capsule contains: Bovine Thyroid Gland

Mixed diagnosis, right upper quadrant pain and normal lfts
Hi there I’m looking for some advice. I have had transient liver enzymes since jan 2019 and peaking at 200 alt only. Usually static at 80 -alt. Numerous blood results are not showing a spike to suggest auto immune hoverer ana has been positive. All scans have been normal and biopsy showed that possible

Probable phlebitis
Hi everyone,I went to Minor Injuries today because last night I suddenly had a pain and redness on the outside of my ankle. The practitioner I saw said it looked like phlebitis, which is no problem for "normal" people but he wasn't sure about people with MPNs. He was great and I can go back any time,

Thinning hair
I probably had PBC since about 2009, but, was formally diagnosed in 2016. I started noticing some hair loss around 2014-2015, when I had longer hair. Now, I have a very short cut and I even though I don't notice any actual shedding, I can clearly see thinning see-through areas, on the sides of my head

Buprenorphine (sp?)
This is a paper on the use of Buprenorphine in older people rather than Oxycontin ( as some of us are) it talks about addiction-- but I prefer to see it as dependency!😩😎 May be worth talking to your pain manager about it? https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/923754 Cheers.

Roast cauliflower with hot chilli roast parsnips and roast potatoes.
Hi everyone, Here's what I made for dinner tonight its roast cauliflower quarters seasoned with celery salt black pepper ginger and brushed with a little olive oil. The parsnips I brushed with olive oil and dusted with dried hot chilli. I roasted the potatoes in the skins. I read that you want to roast

Nail psoriasis
Hello all. I have been diagnosed with nail psoriasis and wonder if this is due to hypothyroidism? Have googled but haven't found anything to suggest a link to thyroid disease. I do not have psoriasis of my skin as such.
