Mixed diagnosis, right upper quadrant pain and normal lfts

Hi there I’m looking for some advice. I have had transient liver enzymes since jan 2019 and peaking at 200 alt only. Usually static at 80 -alt. Numerous blood results are not showing a spike to suggest auto immune hoverer ana has been positive. All scans have been normal and biopsy showed that possible drug induced injury and maby very early auto immune so a mixed picture.

My blood work is now normal and I’m taking budesonide. Very anxious as I do get a mild burn daily to right upper quadrant and worries that we have not got to the bottom of this.

Has anyone had a similar presenting complaint? I am a young female with no pmh and fit and well otherwise.

My cortisol is now low due to medication

Many thanks.

Good morning Greta6565,

No-one here is qualified to interpret your blood test results.

It is reassuring that your scans have been normal, however, if you have ongoing or worsening pain it is important that you are seen and assessed by a medical professional.

Best wishes,
