After a trouble free Wk1 I've had 3 rest days because of muscle stiffness despite carrying on with my usual exercise programme (alternate days yoga class and Aqua aerobics class). Did Wk2R1 yesterday on treadmill to avoid jarring on kerbs and uneven pavements which may have caused this. Completed it without stopping but legs still hurt this morning 😞

Have you tried using a roller on your muscles? Also, I found that going for a run could actually ease out stubborn aches & stiffness in my legs. I found extending the warm up brisk walk helped. I'm no medic though! Take care of yourself. 😊

Thanks! That's why I ran again yesterday on the treadmill to see if it relieved the stiffness. I'll rest again today and run tomorrow!
