Water aerobics
Decided to switch up my excercise and joined an indoor water
aerobics
class. It is in a small room, very warm and humid and the pool was like bath water. I made it thru the hour class but felt wiped out the rest of the day. Heart rate and bp ok when I got home.

Eating healthier to improve running?
I ignored a plate of shortbread biscuits at church tonight and decided instead (on my running rest day) to come home and do some step
aerobics
(thanks Jenny Ford) and have a bowl of bran flakes! What has changed for you since you started running?

TRYING SOMETHING NEW
Just went to aqua
aerobics
! That was an experience! Huge foam 'weights' which are light; you have to push them under the water and do stuff with them. Hilarious and very hard work! Nice to do something different. X Onward etc folks X

I am starting some step
aerobics
. It is free because I do it at home using You Tube, Link it up to my television and I have a one-to-one session.

Greetings to all
After looking at so many folks with such major problems I am blessed to have my energy back, so I am clogging and will start
aerobics
this coming week. I am thankful that so many people are able to use this cite to get advice and relief knowing there are so many people who care.

Thursday food diary :) 15/12
I managed to fit in a 45 minute
aerobics
session that was really fun! I have my work Christmas party tomorrow so I am expecting to have a couple of hiccups but I've had a healthy week in the lead up and plan on a healthy weekend too.

I don't know where I can do it from. I try to wake out at home but am always tired after work and it puts me off. I am a fight I can do this I will not give up.

Heart rate post exercise.

Determined not to be fat and 50!
I was a gym member; step
aerobics
, zumba, swimming but couldn't get it off. Happily married it was clearly my lack of portion control which contributed to my contentment love handles.

And it's goodbye from me....
I can go back to Aqua
aerobics
and then build up to other exercise - bike, cross-trainer, dancing etc (as long as I don't fall off my dance shoes). But - no running again - ever!

4 weeks in and 8 pounds down!
I was reading a post the other day called "
aerobics
for beginners" and it got me thinking about doing some
aerobics
at home because I never find time to do outdoor exercise on weekdays, especially now its so dark in the evenings.

Hi everyone!
I exercise a lot, mostly classes in
aerobics
pilates and yoga and do some qigong. I feel pretty good but need rest most afternoons and sometimes have trouble sleeping. Seeking any and all suggestions that will delay having to take S/L. I eat mostly organic non processed food.
