Tales from the ER : Indiana Jones and the Holy Grail*
Had terrible nightmares about my parents arguing again and insane
acid
reflux
. It's risky to take aspirin on empty stomach. Anyway, at like 4pm i collected myself and went to the ER. There was a girl before me, waiting for the doctor, visibaly feeling unwell.

I also have
acid
reflux
and keep belching all the time, just waiting to have a camera down to see what’s causing it. The PPI’s were making it worse. I recently had all my bloods checked by a neurologist because I have areas of numbness and they were all normal.

RLS amino acids
Hi, I don't have RLS since taking Amino Acids. If I leave them off 2 nights running it comes back as bad as before. I don't know if they do me any harm but it's better than the torture every night. I take Glutamine, Ornithine and Lyseine. If anyone tries this please let me know how it goes. I have

Magnesium salts and RLS: malate, glycinate or citrate
Just following up on a recent post recommending magnesium malate for RLS, quoting recommendations made by Californian company Pure Biogenics in promoting their RLS supplement Seratame. Looking into this, experiments on rats suggested that malate may be the most bio-available form of magnesium; there

Anybody healed their gut from acid reflux caused by aspirin?
I was having
acid
reflux
after eating and also during sleep. Sometimes it was so severe that it was difficult to sleep and I had to take those gaviscon liquids. My GP prescribed esomeprazole (Nexium) which solved the problem temporarily. I was researching natural options and tried the followings.

Gastritis - when pain free?
After I take it I am pain free for some time and
acid
reflux
subsides. I am on a strict diet as well. But I am still hopping to get to normal some day.

What pain relief do you use?
Following on from my thread, I just wondered what pain relief you use? Naproxen, paracetamol, Mefenamic acid have done nothing for me. I'm currently on co-codamol 30/500 which is working but is saying my constipation to be worse than it is already. Does anyone use Amitriptyline? Thinking it might help

Early 50s male, healthy till hypothyroidism my first few months experience of treatment
I don't usually share info on the internet, but as a lot of material out there is aimed at women or Americans (I mean no offence to either!) I thought I'd stay my experience so far. Diagnosis, what does it all mean, and treatment/first medications. DIAGNOSIS Late 2022 I saw a nurse as I was taking longer
