zoledronic acid infusion next month

I have received the date for my zoledronic and infusion 23rd April together with a blood form to do a few days prior, I thought I might have had another dexa scan, because the one I had was the 24th October does it matter, any other help please.

No need for another DEXA scan. Hopefully, your bone mineral density will improve over the next year.
