I'm nearly the end off the app week7 run 2 on Friday Help INFO NEEDED life after a Hysterectomy
I have completed this app last year, since having a operation in May. I'm back to running. I've set myself a new goal I want to run a half marathon by the time I reach 50 year's old. I have 3 years to get to this. Is there any free apps like the C25k? Many thanks.

Concerns about inheritance of endo
I’ve struggled with severe endo for sooo long and I hope 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 my recent hysterectomy has helped. I have a daughter only 8 I must admit but I am understandably anxious she may inherit it. My mum had it mild and they say I got it from her. I’m really worried my daughter will go through what

My grandma had a hysterectomy in her 30s with endo and the family line have continued to have this surgery so early on in their life & I remember chatting to her the other day saying that medical

Pain after hysterectomy
I had a hysterectomy on 6/4 this year where they found a chocolate cyst and Endometriosis, they scraped it away but left my ovaries. I was ok for 3 weeks after no pain or anything, since then I’ve had pain constantly in my left hand side which goes from dull to sharp and is now really painful and every

I’m new here. My cancer has returned I only found out last week. What can I do for the bloating and feeling of constipation and nausea.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 high grade ovarian cancer in 2017. I had full hysterectomy plus other bits and bobs and did 6 cycles of chemo. Up until May this year my CA125 was down to 13. In August it was 25 and I was experiencing discomfort. September a CT scan shown three highly suspicious areas and

Need advice from anyone who’s had a total hysterectomy. I’m 5 1/2 weeks post op all done laparoscopically for endo and had adhesions removed from my bowel etc. I didn’t bleed post op until day 10 and ended up back in hospital for 2 days due to infection. I’ve continue to bleed most days and have to

Hysterectomy Refferal
So... I had an appointment today with my Gynaecologist and we discussed having a full hysterectomy. He has referred me to another gynaecologist for a 2nd opinion. He said I need to understand the risks. This is something that I really want. Any tips on how to make this happen. Any advice would be appreciated

I have hysterectomy. Daughter starts periods 5 weeks later
So I had a complete hysterectomy 5 weeks ago, left ovaries because I’m only 33. My daughter has been having nasty cramps n little discharge for a few months but I was aware that it can take a while to fully kick in. Yesterday I was on bbc radio Sussex live for an interview about my journey with endometriosis

As the app changed
I did the couch to 5k app last year and completed it graduated. I had a Hysterectomy in May this year I've had the all clear from Dr to start running again. I'm 5 weeks into the app and I don't remember running 20min at 5 weeks as the app changed? Just to let you know I did it tho run for 20 minutes

‘Phantom ovary pain’ when you’ve had them both removed?
Hi all, 13 weeks post-total hysterectomy and bi-lateral oophorectomy here and generally, all is well thank goodness. However, I’ve started to get what I can only describe as ‘ovulation’ pain on and off in the area where my ovaries used to be! Obviously I can’t be getting ready for a period with none

Can endo return after having ovaries removed?
Hi everyone, Question here, I have had many operations in the past to remove endo and it keeps coming back. I've had full hysterectomy and both ovaries removed. I was doing great for a year until my endo symptoms came back. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had endo return after having ovaries removed
