Are you asking about the Christmas Countdown Challenge? You'd be welcome to join and give your starting weight today. You will have been sent a message on your Chat (speech bubbles at the top of the page) and you will find the Challenge there - look for Week 1 part 2

Hello, Beaglepotter, and welcome to the forum 😊

The best place here for meal ideas is the Daily Diary, where members log their plans for the day. Have a browse and join in when you're ready. We also have plenty of recipes under Topics.

We've put everything you need to find your way around into this Welcome Newbies post. healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... I recommend joining a weekly weigh in as well as using the Daily Diary.

Please also read this information about security/privacy, especially as you have left your post unlocked healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

To make the most of the forum, join in with activities, read and reply to posts, ask questions and encourage others – it will all pay off for you 😊

Yes, every time you post. Not when you reply to a post. You can see if a post you're replying to is locked by the little padlock on the top line. Some members are unwilling to reply to unlocked posts :)
