Does anyone know if yoga helps. Had hysterectomy 7 months ago following advanced

Endometriosis.

Constant pelvic pain

I tried it for a while a few years ago. I don't doubt it doesn't work for some people but I don't think it did much to help me.

I have to be super careful with my pelvic pain as any position that stretches out my abdomen makes it worse. I found this video from yoga with Adriene to be super relaxing and gentle. Be nice to yourself and use lots of support ie. blocks, pillows, cushions, blankets etc.
