It has 500mg of calcium with
vitamin

and other important ingredients. Anyone taking it? You don’t hear much mentioned about it even though it’s been around several years.

Hi, this is my story
But not all types of
Vitamin
K
are equally effective. Studies* have shown that
Vitamin
K2 MK-7 is the most effective. As a result I take this as a supplement as well. I also do bone strengthening exercises. I have no side effects from the medication I take. *https://www.mdpi.com/2578400

Heart disease, LP(a) and spinach etc and blood clots
Green veg such as spinach, kale etc which contain nitrates which open the arteries and calm inflammation also contain high levels of
vitamin
K
which aids in clotting. Obviously I’m taking an aspirin to reduce my chance of clotting.

Vitamin K Advice
I am running out of K2 capsules. I started with Vitabay drops, then Vitabay Tablets. Both were discontinued, so I moved on to Vegavero capsules. Now they seem to be unavailable. I was told I needed the all trans form (can't remember what that means!). Can anyone recommend anything with not too many

Adding Vitamin K to D3 - K, K1, K2, Mk, etc?
I want to add K to my D and don’t know the specifics or dosing. I have a stockpile of about 6-12 months of D3 due to an auto-Amazon order and previously sharing the D with family. I take one a day - D3 at 2500 iu (62.5 mcgs). What specifically can I add to get the right k? K, k1, k2, what about mk7

Vit K recommendation
Hi everyone, I'd like to get a
Vitamin
K
in soft gel (because I keep forgetting to take the drops!). Which ones do you recommend? I saw vitabay and vegavero mentioned on forum in older posts, but I can't find it anywhere on the internet. Links to where I can buy these would be helpful, too.

Super vitamins
The pill has turmeric,
vitamin
D,
vitamin
K
etc etc and presumably one ingredient that contains the elixir of life for that price. I suppose they are relying on the placebo effect. I forgot to say the pills are gold!!

Vitamin D and Vitamin K Absorption Advice for the Community
Hi Everyone, I was curious about how much fat exactly we need at a meal when taking the fat soluble vitamins D and K so I looked it up. I wanted to share here in case it is helpful to anyone. Research suggests that 11g of fat at a meal is what is needed for optimal absorption of these vitamins. Some
