Endo finally tested FT3! Thoughts?
At my last endo appt early Dec, the consultant kept his same stance that my blood tests were all in range and my symptoms were all due to perimenopause. He said there was slight room for a small increase in levothyroxine so ive gone from 125x5/100x2 to 125x6 /100x1 and told me to speak to my gp and

I have been taking 2 grains a day and haven’t been feeling fatigued so I am happy on this dose. My only concern is that my vitamin levels have gone down and my TPOAb antibodies have gone up since my last blood test. I’m taking the same supplements and don’t think I’ve been doing anything differently

What vitamin gummies are we using?
I keep reading about zinc, omega 3 and magnesium. Does anyone have recommendations on gummy vitamins they use for ADHD that are helping? My daughter is 7. Thanks!

3 am protocol for T3, please tell me about it?
Please could you tell me what I need to know about the 3 am protocol for T3? Does there need to be a gradual transition from split dosing? Anything else I should know? I have been on T3 only for some years and recently have been very tired and depressed, for me the usual symptoms of being hypo. T3

Hello, my adult son has cognitive/short term memory difficulties following a TBI. He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and magnesium supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda

Doctor recommendation needed
Hi All, After a year of painful meetings liaising with my NHS endocrinologist, I had enough. She reluctantly prescribed T3 but did not really bother about following up or testing vitamins or overall health. My GP tries but he is clueless on thyroid related issues other than where normal TSH should be

Do MDD have the time to look at the research that's going on in treating Parkinsons?Do they dismiss anything that's not peer reviewed. e.g My wife who's being treated for Parkinsons, has for the past year, suffered, leg/ calf cramp, wher she has to stop a few times and basically try and stretch it off

anyone with AIT and Lichen Sclerosis?
hi there, does anyone on this wonderful forum also have Lichen Sclerosis? My Mum (85) is really suffering, she has followed all guidelines for 20+ years, had biopsies, used steroids as directed and special non soap washes. She isn’t diagnosed with AIT, but I inherited it from somewhere and she had

I’ve been hypothyroid for almost 20 years. Only treated / offered levothyroxine. Last full year reduced from 125 to 100 mg then in December gp wanted to go from 125 to 150( don’t think he realised I was on 100. Rang and eventually nurse rang and agreed to 125. At same time having tests about long standing

CFS clinic
Hello 👋 At last GP appt I was told that my symptoms couldn't be thyroid related and have been referred to CFS clinic. I'm not yet out of range TSH wise. I haven't tested privately recently as I've just increased all recommended vitamins so will give those chance to work before a new test. Just wondering

Increasing Levo but not feeling great
hellooooo I've been having some trouble with increasing my levothyroxine lately and wondered if you could help please? I've been taking levothyroxine for about 4 years roughly and it's very slowly been increasing (as expected). I started on 25, then 50, then I was on 75 for about two and a half
