Adding Vitamin K to D3 - K, K1, K2, Mk, etc?

I want to add K to my D and don’t know the specifics or dosing.

I have a stockpile of about 6-12 months of D3 due to an auto-Amazon order and previously sharing the D with family.

I take one a day - D3 at 2500 iu (62.5 mcgs).

What specifically can I add to get the right k? K, k1, k2, what about mk7?! And all in all - how much?

Could you provide a link to that group on Facebook. I just tried a search and couldn't find it.
