Folate low... a good B Complex needed... Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B (smaller tablets x 2)
B12 needs to be nearer top end of range, B complex might do the trick or could boost with a sublingual first
Free T4 (fT4) 21.8 pmol/L (12 - 22) 98.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 3.5 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 10.8%
T4:T3 Ratio 6.229
You are a really poor converter of T4 and would benefit from adding some T3 but in the mean time optimising your vits will help 🤗
Time to ask your GP to refer you to Endocrinology you can request a named Endo so take a look at the list and see if there is one in your area who is T3 savvy... thyroiduk.org/contact-us/ge...
Retest thyroid levels again once you have improved vitamin D and folate levels
Assuming Ft3 remains low ….look at getting T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine
Here’s link for how to request Thyroid U.K.list of private Doctors emailed to you, but within the email a link to download list of recommended thyroid specialist endocrinologists who will prescribe T3
Ideally choose an endocrinologist to see privately initially and who also does NHS consultations
