Currently still on 50mg Accord Levo. Stopped 30 hours prior to test, as I forgot to change my timing to make it 24hrs, test done 9.00am it’s the only time I can get. Also stopped my B Complex 7 days before.

No change to symptoms, thining and hair loss at temples, splitting nails, brain fog, fatigued, not getting good sleeps. I have been on the AIP diet since end of September. I have booked a call next month with a Dr, recommended from TUK.

Current Vitamins

BComplex (Pure Encapsulations)

Vit C Liposomal (Dr Mercola)

Vit D+K2

Magnesium Citrate

Thankyou

Even though your last Levo dose was 30 hours before the blood draw (instead of 24) your results and symptoms still indicate you are a poor converter & would benefit from

a) an increased dose of Levo- as 50mcg is usually given as a starter dose

b) a combination treatment trial- I hope the endo you are booked with is able to support this.

Did you have ask for an iron panel, as recommended by SlowDragon in your last post?

Thanks for reply

I totally forgot about iron panel, I have more bloods to be taken at Dr tomorrow for osteoporosis, Dr forgot to do them after diagnosis last year. I will ask the nurse.

I also hope my appointment with endo helps.

I forgot to add the Jarrows Folate which was recommended by SD to my list of supplements I am taking. Are these folate supplements supposed to be taken all the time from now on or until my folate is in range?

I take daily until in range. Then retest levels after dropping to x3 week and retest after 3 months
