What time of day did you have this test? 9am is best time for highest TSH.
Free T4 (fT4) 15.5 pmol/L (12 - 22) 35.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 3.83 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 19.7%
Your free numbers are on the low side. Would push for a 12.5mcg or 25mcg dose increase.
Folate is low. Recommend a good active or methyl B complex such as this one. Also cofactor for B12. amazon.co.uk/Yipmai-Liposom...
Ferritin could be improved a little further to 90-100 with eating chicken livers or pate.

Thanks very much for your replyTest done 9:15, this is the earliest time I can ever have it done by venous draw.
I eat liver at least once a week, have pate nearly every day.
The hairgain supplements I take have Vit Bs already?

Are they the active/methyl B vitamins or cheap cyano ones with folic acid?
You could perhaps add a separate methylfolate supplement of 400mcgs.

I take 2 per day

Pantothenic acid and niacin would be found in a B complex but otherwise theres no B12 or folate in that. Recommend the one I linked above.
