was surprised at how low the eggs collected were given im 36 and did everything I could to improve it, has anyone had a failed cycle then stopped taking Ubiquinol and had any improvement? Thanks

I only took 200mg Ubiquinol as the clinic said not to up it to 600mg..but I will now. Feeling deflated but mainly its the time spent and the next few month's of going again!

Has anyone got experience taking this supplement and having heart disease/failure? Is it safe to take alongside heart meds? Did you see any improvements since taking this supplement?

The book suggests the ingredient ubiquinol is better than ubiquinone as it’s more soluable as well as a dose of 400mg if you are struggling to conceive.

It's given me some hope and now less need to rush, so I can have 3 months to let Ubiquinol and DHEA take effect.

And Coq 10 ubiquinol life extension brand 600mg Daily. Dhea 75mg eurovital brand tho i since read you should have dhea-s and testosterone bloods first. Also magnesium. Vit d and omega 3. Husband had impryl for slightly low motility and concentration of sperm which we think he didnt even need.

Could Ubiquinol Q10 help? I have read a little about it. My first question is, should he still be on Clopidogrel after two years (after his TIA he was told he had to come off it after one year).

Previouslu I have been taking: Ubiquinol 400mg, DHEA 25-75mg and prenatal vitamins with high level of DHA. I also tried melantonin 3mg, but it made me feel bad in the morning, so I gave up.

I did everything I could, took ubiquinol, NAC, R-lipoic acid this time. I didn’t take any meds other than multivitamins in my first two cycles and those resulted in 2 euploid embryos. Although I lost one embryo last year when my FET failed.

I have switched to Ubiquinol last week and have notice I came on my periods a week earlier. I have a regular cycle and changes in length happens very rarely so I am confused whether it’s due to Coq10. Has anyone experienced any changes due to Coq10? Thank you x

after waiting weeks for my fertility clinic to answer my queries regarding taking -melatonin - DHEA -metformin - ubiquinol prior to my next fresh ivf cycle in 3 months, I’ve finally had a response today. They won’t prescribe metformin as I don’t have PCOS (fair enough.)
