Co enzyme q-10

Does anyone know if there is any truth in co enzyme Q-10 or ubiquinol being good for preserving egg quality? If so what dose would be best?

Ubiquinol for fertility

Hello, please can anyone advise me which Ubiquinol supplements they have been taken to help egg quality? And the dosage? I’ve found some on zita west and each tablet is 100mg and they have advised to take 2 a day so that would be 200mg per day- would that be enough? Thank you

Hi All, I have been taking solgar ubiquinol 400mg (200mg twice a day) to improve my eggs for about a year. Should i up this? Also is there any particular dhea brand anyone recommends? I ordered mine from iherbs but not sure how good it is. Also have testogel at home.

Myo-Inositol

I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement. Just wondered if it’s worth trying? I currently take pregnacare, ubiquinol and vitamin c but after 4 failed ivf’s and a recent miscarriage I will gladly try anything! X

Does anybody know which is the enzyme, that muscles need, that statins target in the liver?

However, in 2018, I tried 3 months on 200 mgs Ubiquinol with no effect on the muscle aches at all. So stopped. Thanks! Alps

Tingling in hand caused by ubiquinol?

Hi all I'm been taking ubiquinol for the last 5 days and have noticed a tingling/pins and needles type feeling in my left hand. I don't know if the ubiquinol is the cause of it but it's the only thing I've changed recently. I'm taking it to try and help with egg quality as I have low amh.

Ubiquinol

Hi I was looking for any advice on taking Ubiquinol for man and woman. I have googled but found different answers so any advice would be appreciated. I have low AMH and my husband has low sperm count and motility. I’m 37 and he is 41. What’s the sort of recommended dosage?

Can Ubiquinol and other muscle supplements CAUSE muscle aches?

Hi All Tried 100 mgs Ubiquinol yesterday before my regular Sunday 60 m ride. And, unexpectedly, had the worst ride in a very long time! I've tried ubiquinol in the past, with nil effect, good or bad. Any ideas what caused this please?

Stop all supplements now?

One cycle I took dhea /ubiquinol right up to egg recovery & had my worst cycle so I think I may have to stop just in case that affected my results.

Panicking - have I been taking the wrong supplements?

So I just realised I was taking Coq10 600 mg but the Ubiquinone rather than the Ubiquinol. I could kick myself for this mistake! Does this matter? I am already on Stims and I am now freaking out. Does it matter? What’s the difference?

My heart story............

I did try to supplement the Ubiquinol with 10mg of PQQ (Pyrroloquinoline Quinone) to enhance the passage of the Ubiquinol through the mitochondrial membrane in the heart (similar to MitoQ) but this did not work and I got bad Ectopics.

Anyone familiar with CoQ10 treatment? This is Dr Shallenberger's daily post

There's another form of CoQ10 called ubiquinol that's better absorbed. Studies show that it's absorbed more efficiently than regular CoQ10. So 50 mg of ubiquinol provides virtually the same high blood levels of CoQ10 as 100 mg of the regular form.
