Zinc and Hairloss?
I have had my recent blood tests for
zinc
back and they are 10.2 on a reference 11-19 umol - is this cause for concern, and is this low enough to cause hairloss? Thankyou x

IBS help
He recommended I try Selenium with
Zinc
. You can get these at Holland & Barrett. I had nothing to lose and gave it a whirl. Within 3 weeks I had my life back; it was pretty incredible. Obviously, this may not work for everyone, but if you suffer, it is certainly worth a try.

The Connection Between B12 Deficiency and Hypothyroidism (Post 1)
The take-away message from this first section of the story is that you need in your diet, protein,
zinc
, magnesium and vitamin B12 to regulate the levels of thyroxine hormone and consequent energy levels. This is not the end of the story. See subsequent posts.

Magnesium, Zinc and Selenium
Hi Just trying to figure out which tablet to take, and when. I'm having trouble sleeping (anxiety or Hyper swing - not sure). Do you have to be low in the above minerals or can you just take as a supplement? My plan is (so far): Before breakfast - Levo breakfast - B12 (under tongue) and Vit B complex

Osteoporosis - My Experience.
Some of the biggies were vitamins D3, K2-7 with calcium, magnesium and
zinc
as the most important supplements. There are around 20 others which I discovered along my route and I am now ready to see if I can find the locum again and get a rescan to make sure that I am still getting better.
