Overdosed on NDT without realising. Feel horrendous.
I'm also taking Probiotics, Lamberts Iron x 2, NYR Beauty Boost x 2, Vitamin D3,
Zinc
. I think that's all of them, but I'm struggling to remember them all). If any of you can offer me any advice I would really very much appreciated. I'm at my wits end and It's affecting all aspects of my life.

Changed to NDT and still feeling very poorly and depressed.
., I am taking Iron, B12, Folate, D3, Selenium and
zinc
. Should I raise 1/2 again? and just keep raising every couple of weeks until I feel better. Am I expecting too much too soon? At what point would I wait and get blood tests done again?

"Normal" but not optimal? Advice would be appreciated
I'm supplementing iron, B12,
zinc
, selenium and Vitamin D since reading the advice on this site. Would T3 be a good idea? If so I'd appreciate a PM to source it. Thank you!

Question
I seen my thyroid doctor today I asked her if I should start selenium and
zinc
because I'm really hypothyroid and my numbers aren't budging. She told me no not unless it's a very tiny dose in a multivitamin cause it could affect the way the thyroid is being absorbed.

Ignorance
Also the test will tell me if I'm sensitive to
ZINC
. It has been discovered that if a person is sensitive to
ZINC
then they shouldn't be taking it in a supplement as this can accelerate the condition from DRY to WET. I hope some of the information I have shared will be of help to anyone reading it.

Medicate? Still unsure...
Decided to take iodine with tyrosine, selenium and
zinc
. Just retested and all the same but tsh lower. Reverse t3 is 11.5 and range is 9-27ng/dl. I didn't have antibodies tested again since both were in range around 30 and I've been gf diet for 3 years.

Adrenal support for high cortisol?
Unfortunately adaptogens don’t seem to agree with me, so I’ve been using
zinc
with some success, but I feel that my adrenals have had a battering for several years and would need extra support.

Erfa or Euthyral? Euthyrox was not a success
He also supplemented me heavily on
zinc
, selenium, Vit D, the whole works. Somehow however my ferritin and Vit D never seem to go up. As long as I can remember I have had them very low.

SAD Again
Start taking vitamin D3, omega 3, magnesium and
zinc
supplements. Buy a 10,000 lux SAD lamp. Maybe I should come off the meds as I've been on them for over 10 years but reading the horror stories of venlafaxine withdrawal this alone makes me anxious.
