Newbie wants to help husband and herself...
We also both seem to have absorbtion problems because, since finding low levels of, amongst others, magnesium, B12, B6,
zinc
, D3 we have dilligently supplemented with the best forms of each, cleaned up our diet even more - and yet the levels don't come up. We are both on T3 only.

T3 & Adrenals
How long a gap do I need to leave before or after taking so I can have my
Zinc
and Mag. Am assuming it's OK to have stuff like VitC and B12.

Picolinate and Thorne Selenometionine cost me £14.30 plus £2 postage from them, compared to £46 on Amazon. I always keep my orders under £15 to avoid customs charges, which can be huge. Not sure IHerb is cheaper for all supplements so worth doing price comparisons for each supplement.

Private blood tests
I supplement D3, B12, K2, Magnesium, selenium (with a bit of
zinc
in), B Complex, folic acid, plus about once a week i'll take an iron tablet and vit C. If I have private tests done, how long do i need to stop supplementing for beforehand to get the right results.

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum so just an introduction here
(this selenium supplement also contains
zinc
and vit. b12) I have severe Vit. D, Vit. B12 and Iron deficiency found about 8 months ago but still not corrected and have been taking supplements for that. I checked my ferritin levels last month which is 88 ng/ml.

Allergy
I usually take VitD3, K2, B12, Bcomplex, and more recently magnesium, selenium and
zinc
. I occasionally have a ferrous fumerate and powdered Vit c. I've just taken all of them together ( about an hour ago) and voila I've gone all red and itchy. I think it might be the Vit C, not sure, any clues?
