(switching from T4/T3 synthetic combo - 75mcg levo, 10mcg t3) The first day I felt good, more 'natural' if that makes sense. But today and yesterday I've been foggy, very

Since my post from 18 days ago something strange is happening! The lowest my body temperature has been is 36.7 and that was first thing in the morning..(it had been 35.5 frequently) but it's almost always 37! I haven't been constipated and I've lost a couple of lbs in weight! Just got blood tests back

Just wanting to know if anyone has advice. Its all so complex and sometimes the information I find is quite contradictory. However, on the basis I am trying to optimize my health and have started on a T4 T3 combo I am trying to get a supplement regime that supports conversion and reduces high antibody

Please help me understand these results.
I can see I'm deficient in vitamin d. I'm currently on Levo 100/125 alternate days. I take b12, zinc, magesium, d3, foli acid, selenium and a probiotic day. How do i improve my vit d? Do you think I'd benefit from adding some t3? Do the rest of the results look ok? Thank-you 😊

Blue Horizon Test Results - really worried
I saw a private doctor in February and have previously posted my blood test results from him and also NHS ones taken 2 weeks earlier. There was quite a big difference between the results. The private doctor put me on adrenal support and also gave me a thyroid support supplement which he said was similar
