Cant seem to win!
Fed up. My doctor rang last night (a first when not a booked consult) My blood results back. Iron and ferritin levels have improved. Vitamin D dropped again ? Main reason she rang was my cholesterol is the highest it's ever been . Ratio just within norm . So something I feel I cant win. By eating

Positive laparoscopy experience
Just thought I’d share my experience for others who are waiting and worried. Of course everyone is different so it’s to be taken with a pinch of salt. I was very nervous before thinking of all the bad things but like a lot of people have said, it was fine. Dare I say I even enjoyed parts of it. Wouldn

New here
Hi I’m new to this site and haven’t been diagnosed with endo, I was rushed into hospital and into emergency surgery last June with what they thought was appendicitis and fluid in my pelvis while in surgery realised it was a ruptured cyst on my ovary after which was told I could either have pcos or endometriosis

Missed 3rd Period after failed ivf cycle
Hi, Me & my partner did 1 ivf cycle in Sept-Oct. It was unsuccessful. Only collected 1 egg & it fertilised but did not last long till day 5. After that I had 2 periods on time & were as my normal. This 3rd one is a week ahead. It never happened to me before. I did pregnancy test as well that is negative

Ibs and gallstones
Does anyone have gallstones along with their ibs? I’m waiting to get my gallbladder removed, I have been getting flare ups every 2 to 3 weeks. Not eating any fat so not sure what sets it off, but pain horrendous and lasts for days. My ibs worsens at the same time so I end up being in pain everywhere,

CR9: 6km..there she blows 💨💨💨😩😩😰
Well, that wasn't fun at all. Got out, got it done. 6km / 43mins / 7.12km average pace. Set out already regretting only wearing 2 thin layers but soon warmed up. New headband had my head in a vice like grip, I was hoping it would loosen off a bit as I ran (it didn't).. Thought I was going to expire as

Do I have endo and should I do anything about it?
I'm only 17 but since my first period (13 years old) I have had unbearable pain: feeling faint and nauseous, leg pain, back pain, stomach pain, heavy bleeding, pain after abdominal exercises like crunches etc. The pain was terrible (in my opinion), needing 2 hot water bottles, painkillers not touching

Long awaited appointment cancelled
My physio told me he was referring me back to my haematology department (as they seem to be in charge of my care) because (he says) my compression fractures are due to the blood cancer. I have been in pain for five months and now will have to wait another month due to my appointment on 9th being cancelled

Hello everyone ☺️I’ve only recently been told I have fibromyalgia after years of pain and having no answers to what’s causing it! I had been on painkillers for around two years but have now come off these! Can anyone give me any tips on how to manage pain and increase my energy? Thanks so much

Advice cant walk!
Apart from my other problems, I seem to have strained my groin.I'm not sure how and I've never done this before. I cant believe how debilitating it is and am having to spend most of my days sitting/lying on the couch with a hot water bottle on it. I can only get round by hanging on to a trolley and its

Pacemaker fitted 2 weeks ago for sudden heart failure
I’m a 71 yr old woman with severe osteoarthritis throughout my spine. Had surgery on my lower spine, but slipped discs in cervical spine inoperable. The pain has been unbearable, and I have tried most medication to no avail. It doesn’t help that I’m allergic to all anti inflammatories, and don’t get

Last Monday 23rd November i woke up took off my cpap and got out of bed with excruciating pain in my shoulder
