Tingling, itchy numbness outer thigh

Hello all,

Sending love and hugs to everyone. Just a question, does anyone else suffer with, tingling, itchy, numbness on their outer thigh but only one side? Mine is constantly on the left and it is driving me nuts! It doesn't matter if I am sitting, lying or walking it is always the same! I have been in touch with my doctor who did the usual bloods and referred me to the specialists but they will not see me at the moment because I am still waiting another operation on my left knee, already had one on my right! Don't know what else to do I have tried all the usual, hot/cold gels, pads etc. Herbal tablets, vitamins, painkillers as per norm, but nothing is helping! Just wondered if anyone else suffers this and if so have you managed to get any relief? Thanks in advance x

Hi yes i get itchy skin rashes and numbness and tingling everywere its normally before a flare up that i itch x

Hi Jon thank you for your response, this is slightly different to all the normal roller coaster symptom I usually get with my fibro x

I have periodic overall itching but also separately numbness in my outer thigh that has been constant for about 20 years. I saw my GP when it first arose and he said something along the lines of it's where nerves have become broken and it's nothing to worry about. As I've had way worse things that have happened, so I took his advice.

I don’t have itchiness but the outside of my left thigh is numb or at best an altered sensation. It never feels normal.
