Hi guys, Hopefully you can offer some advice about what to do as I'm starting to feel really anxious that I am going to run out of meds by the weekend. Basically I was admitted to hospital last Thurs due to my severe endometriosis pain which is now daily. I saw a pain management doctor and on my discharge

Buprenophine success!
I am so grateful to Shumbah for posting and sharing her experience and success with Buprenorphine. I was able to get it prescribed from a neurologist here in Japan yesterday (0.2 grams as a suppository) and I tried it for the first time ( 1 x 0.2 mg suppository) last night. I slept for almost 10 hours

Vacation ruined!
I am on a vacation right now and for the first time in 60 years, I have been such a mess. My legs are proving unstoppable for the last 3 days exhausting me to the point that I am thinking of cutting short and going back home. Do you have any suggestions for the remaining week and a half which could help

HELP!!!😫Extremely heavy bleeding, soaking pad in a matter of seconds
So I had my laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and cystoscopy on Friday 28th feb (9 days ago) where they excised Endo and removed a cyst from my ovary. I started my period a couple days ago anyway, it was rather heavy and very very painful, I also got told Friday that I have Endometritis so I am on a course of

Betrayal and the Horrible Pain After
This started out as a response to Manerva regarding the person who is taking gabapentin and this whole vitamin regimen and wearing compression socks (sleeves he calls them) and my thoughts on it but while it started out that way it’s grown so much deeper and morphed into gut wrenching pain and this

Serious depression coming off of DA drugs

When I got my fibromyalgia diagnosis in August 2018, (also chronic fatigue syndrome a few months earlier), the doctor was rather offhand about it. He said I couldn't possibly have MS, so that left fibromyalgia and his advice was literally "just do a bit of exercise" and that was it. Just like with all

Anyone know about this research that warned against taking gabapentin and pregabalin?
I just got off the only dopamine agonist I could even handle, but I didn't have any idea what to turn to, as one dose of gabapentin caused such dizziness that I wouldn't take it again, and Tramadol (pain reliever) caused other problems, so I went off that after two weeks. However, I've been reading in

Tramadol withdrawal
Hi. I took 400 mg Tramadol a day for three weeks for severe shingles pain and after 2 weeks tried to reduce it but the pain came back. So I carried on at 400 for another week then tried again. This time I got it to 200 in 10 days and thought I was doing okay. Then on day 11, with no return of the pain

Difference between gabapentin and pregabalin?
My first and only experience with gabapentin resulted in such dizziness when I got out of bed in the morning that I had to lean against walls and furniture in order not to fall over. I need my brain for work but was quite incapacitated that day, and never took another dose. I am reading about pregabalin

PMR or something else??? Please help!!
My mother has had PMR for over 2 years and has recently weaned off the steroids on drs orders. Blood tests show negative for PMR now. But she is experiencing consistent very bad pain in arms and legs. While still on the steroids Dr upped her dose to try and help, but it did nothing, so he continued
