SOVENOR PATCHES (Buprenorphine)
Please could anybody using Buprenorphine confirm an article I read recently that it can block the effectiveness of other opioids needed as top up - maybe Tramadol - when the RLS just overrides the patch.

No ill health retirement given!
hi, I am a teacher by profession but had to retire from teaching 3 years ago due to my fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and hyper mobility symptoms. There are 2 levels of ill health retirement you can apply for as a teacher. One is that you can no longer teach and two is that you can no longer work at all

Medication.
Don’t even know if I’m posting this in the right place but any help appreciated. I have been given Robaxin ( Methocarbamol ) to see if it will help back pain. I am already on Tramadol. Pharmacist said ok to take both, doctor didn’t even mention it, Google says it’s a no-no, and I don’t understand what

Severe reaction to Phiser 6th jab.
Hi All I don't know who I was posting to on this subject, so I will put it out there for all to see, it may be helpful to some. On my 4th and 5th Phiser, I had 120 Pulse rate, lasting 14 hours, severe headaches, nauseous and retching. My GP told me to take the full dose of paracetamol until things cleared

Over the counter painkillers
Hi, I’m waiting on scan & further steps to manage my endo & adenomyosis. The pain is getting harder to manage & I’d be grateful for suggestions of pain relief that might work better than current ibuprofen, panadol & hot water bottles:) Have just been reading it’s better to start ibuprofen before day

Tramadol withdrawal
Hi have any of you gone through tramadol or any other opioid withdrawal? I am currently on day 13 and I am having a terrible time with depression and anxiety. I tapered for 2 months before i stopped so I didn’t think the withdrawal would be this bad.

medication intolerance
Hi is there anyone else on here who struggles to tolerate any medication for fibromyalgia because of side effects? I put on a huge amount of weight with amitriptyline, sweated buckets with duloxetine and had much worse fatigue with pregablin. I am currently going through a horrible tramadol withdrawal

RLS what for I do now
The night before last was terrible. For some years I have been taking 2x 50mg Tramadol capsules after weaning off Ropinirole about 5 years agoBut this time the Tramadol didn't work and I was left with a sleepless night . But what do I do? So last night I decided to withdraw completely from Tramadol

‘Little evidence’ whether or not most antidepressants work for chronic pain
Last year, I took a fairly low dose of Amitriptyline for the effects of shingles - primarily pain. I think it helped a bit - and it definitely seemed to help me sleep. But the side effects were unpleasant. (Tiredness, especially in the morning. Dry mouth.) Though in such situations, it is always going
