30 days of yoga - what next?
I’m coming to the end of 30 days of
yoga
with Adriene. I’ve enjoyed it and want to carry on. I’ve seen some improvement in my flexibility but am still very much a beginner. Can anyone recommend what I should do next? I want to keep progressing but don’t want a big jump in difficulty.

Sore legs
I’m on the last run in week nine I started on the first day of lock down so have compressed the course quite a bit but my calf’s are really tight is there any advice for things I could do I do about 30 mins

after most runs But maybe cold showers or ice baths ?

Feeling despondent
Tomorrow start week3 of food tracking and week 2 of couch to 5K (also doing
yoga
20mins each day) so far I have only lost 2 lbs - I am 50 years old woman wonder if it’s my time of life that not helping with the weight loss? I feel like I have deprived myself for very little in return. Any advice?

End of week 8 and sore calf
Will stretch and do
yoga
today, but might have to take an extra rest day. Have been enjoying running every second day and feeling fitter now, I am not tired the day after the run so look forward to the run after the rest.... Hopefully the calf feels good in a day or so.

Toning alongside the C25K
Would
yoga
be too much to try and incorporate too? Or is it necessary to not do any toning exercises, will the running eventually tone me? As I say, I really don’t want to lose weight as I’m slim anyway. Thank you

Old girl wants to improve her cardio fitness

, have been practicing for several years now, so I do a little
yoga
after each run. This
yoga
practice then makes the whole session a complete "package" on my journey towards a fitter me. I think I have to invest in more suitable running footwear.

I’m currently stuck in the Canary Islands on lockdown and I’ve been stuck indoors now for 6 weeks I love

Yoga mat recommendations...
I got my current exercise mat when I did my hypnobirthing classes so at that point there was no plan to do
yoga
on it. I find it quite slippy... anyone got any recommendations for good
