Hello and welcome to the forum, JH4321
2lbs in 2 weeks is not a bad start by any means, so please don't be downhearted.
Have you checked your calorie range with the NHS BMI calculator? I'm asking as you mention being deprived: I understand you'll be making different food choices but you should be eating enough and not feeling hungry so do make sure you're not under-eating as that won't work long term.
There's a good little real food guide here that could help with food choices: it's not just a simple calorie count that you need to consider, but also what those calories consist of. This is worth printing out and referring to when planning meals and shopping phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...
The forum is a great place for information and support, and to get the best out of it you need to join in activities, read posts, chat and encourage others. I recommend joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans. You'll find them, plus all other activities and a Welcome message in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
You've taken active steps to a healthier lifestyle so stick with it. I hope you'll become an active member of the forum and we'll see you around
That's disappointing for you, but what doesn't show up one week shows up eventually, whether that's up or down. You must be feeling fitter though, with lots of endorphins floating about. Good luck with it all.
That's brilliant - I would love to lose 2 lbs, be doing yoga and a runner! Well done! I'm still putting on a lb a week. Don't give up, you'll be looking and feeling amazing!
