I have one more run to go in week 8 (hooray!) but am a bit worried about a sore calf this morning. I ran yesterday, morning no problems, and did my usual pre and post stretching. Then, now we are allowed unlimited outdoor exercise (!), went for a walk after work and had a little calf pain which is still there this morning. Will stretch and do yoga today, but might have to take an extra rest day. Have been enjoying running every second day and feeling fitter now, I am not tired the day after the run so look forward to the run after the rest.... Hopefully the calf feels good in a day or so. Any special stretch ideas or should I just leave it be?
