I’m coming to the end of 30 days of yoga with Adriene. I’ve enjoyed it and want to carry on. I’ve seen some improvement in my flexibility but am still very much a beginner. Can anyone recommend what I should do next? I want to keep progressing but don’t want a big jump in difficulty. I’d like to stick with Adriene if possible.

30 days of yoga - what next?
Adriene does a monthly calendar which is a compilation of her practices, old and new. April’s is coming to an end and is called Nurture. Each day’s is a bit different and, as usual with Adriene, she suggests alternatives to the more advanced poses. She’ll be releasing May’s this week. 😀 Just Google Yoga with Adriene and you’ll find it.
I love her too. There’s a yoga practice for every part of the body and I’ve been using her videos for over 2 years now. So helpful for us runners! 🏃♀️🏃♂️🧘♀️
Hi Jayval, there are also lots of previous years' 30 days of Yoga with Adriene free on you tube. There is Home, Dedicate, True, Revolution, Yoga camp and one called 30 days of Yoga. I am working through these and like you feeling more flexible and a enjoying the routine.
There are also monthly calenders where you can pick a routine to suit your mood.
These are called Nurture, Kiss, Meditate.
So lots of lovely yoga to choose from. We won't run out of practises!
Namaste 🧘♀️🙏xx
That’s really helpful Bluebird - thank you. I had seen the names of Home etc, but wasn’t sure if they should be done in a certain order. I quite like just doing whatever she throws at me rather than choosing - I’d be tempted to choose easy looking ones 🤣
Thanks for the names on the 30 day programmes. I'm just over half way through home for the second time and was looking to move to another 30 day programme when I had finished it.
Was also really pleased to read that your foot is getting better and that all the hard work and patience has paid off 😊 xx
