I love what yoga does to my mind and body and have really upped the amount I do during these weird times. I saw Adrienne recommended on here and have given her workouts a go. I like the variety of moves in her 30 day series and the 30 minutes time suits me but I find myself sometimes shouting at the laptop asking her to please be quiet! I am not use to a yoga session with non stop talking. Can anyone recommend any other online yoga sessions?

What about Yin Yoga..more relaxed maybe.. plenty on line I think..? Maybe take a look around?
Just 'Google' yoga, there are plenty of yoga videos on YouTube.
Thank you....there’s a big variety available online so was looking for one of you lovely peeps to recommend a particular channel or instructor that you’ve enjoyed rather than just taking pot luck.
Ekhardt yoga? She has an almost hypnotic Scandi accent, so even when talking it's soothing! I think ju-ju- has a couple of different favourites too, so maybe she will reply later 🙂
There is an app called down dog. You have to pay for it, but it has options to minimise the instructions or get the full instructions, plus music/no music options too. I used it for a while and it was pretty good, but have gone back to Adriene.
Not really a proper answer, but Adriene turns off her microphone for the last video of each of her January challenges, so that would include the last video of Home, Dedicate, True, Revolution, 30 Days of Yoga, and Yoga Camp. If you hover over (or tap the dropdown arrow on mobile) 'Free yoga videos' on the menu of the Yoga with Adriene website, you can find them easily.
Hello, I follow two people on Youtube that I really like. They talk a bit but not loads... I havent done Adrienne before so I am not sure how much she actually talks!

Saturnomovement does a lot of other stuff too ( like handstands) which i think are fab...
I like Yoga Studio,an iphone/ipad app. Comes with workouts or you can program your own. The instructions vary from just announcing poses to a little more instruction, but no 'chat'. I've been using it for years. My only gripe is that the photos & models used only show the advanced version of the poses, so it helps to know that modifications are okay & not everyone will reach that perfect pose.
I also recommend Ekhart Yoga. She has dozens of video clips on YouTube as well as her own website. She is very natural, no cheesy music or doesn't talk too much. I've been doing yoga with her for 4 years plus and think she's great.
I can recommend Janine at Yoga Place North. She offers weekly online courses several times a week and also 1:1s. Have a look at her website and call her for a chat. She is fab 👍🧘♀️🙏
I love brett larkin , I've been using her online yoga for years now. Very good prompts and adaption suggestions. Plenty of her classes on youtube
Try 'Cat Meffan' on youtube, she's really good. All the best.
