Hello! I’ve finished week one and although I found it tough at times I am really glad I started and have motivation now to move on. The only drawback has been the horrid pain I’ve got in my legs (shin splints) - spoke to a physio at work who said that that is normal.

Has anyone else experienced similar? What do you do to ease the pain. I’ve been trying to do some yoga stretches.

I had exactly the same. I invested in some good running shoes. Which really solved the problem. This is just one of the reasons but I found it helped me
