Have slightly strained my ankle during last run πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ have nursed it all of yesterday, and am hoping that I get through today without making it worse! It is all strapped up!

Have also started doing online Yoga daily to help with stretching out and it is brilliant...Really helps those aching muscles!

...I will update you if my ankle breaks on this run 😁

Take care and stop if it is telling you to............pushing on will slow your overall progress if it leads to injury............I have warned you about trying to run with broken legs............

Haha...I know, and sorry 😁🀣

I am just starting to feel fit...and like 'I can do this'!!! (& Hubby is still going to run today with or without me!) πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ So I feel I really want to try. But if it hurts, I will just walk all the way and at least I will have done something 😁
