Well, something must work.
I have been inundated with sales pitches for this or that
weight
loss
"secret". I am in my 70's and have been overweight most of my adult life. I seem to lack the discipline to get skinny, and I hate feeling hungry and a loser at the same time, so I quit.

Possible explanation for lack of hepatic B12 storage
I had mentioned before that dieting and
weight
loss
was associated with the onset of IC. Yes, it makes perfect sense. TC II reduces the amount of B-12 that reaches the liver. Severe diets reduce B-12 levels even further."

Ketogenic Advice please?
But I have been on it a long time (for a neurological reason, not merely
weight
loss
) and am kind of worried about the effects of doing that. Anyone know anything about this? Do you feel sick? What about taking endogenous ketones? (I've never tried them before.)

Fasting
I understand that losing weight too fast is dangerous for the fat liver, but assuming you can fast and keep a slow and steady
weight
loss
rate, is that still bad for your liver? Thanks people!

Weight gain
I have been through periods of practically starving myself to prove a point with very little
weight
loss
. It’s becoming a bit of an obsession with me now and I can get quite depressed about it.

Sun and skin
I know we have plenty else to concern us just now. This is not a warning, just a researcher's insights into the interaction of sun and skin. And who knew about phototherapy in autoimmune disease? https://www.theguardian.com/science/2021/jul/11/prue-hart-sunburn-skin-melanin-sun-protection-uv-cancer

Question re:symptoms and DVT
I’ve also lost a lot of weight very fast with the intermittent fasting so I can’t say it was totally unexpected
weight
loss
- but I am struggling to keep my
weight
up and have dropped below my target. Have any of you had a DVT linked to ovarian cancer prior to any treatment for cancer?
