I have been inundated with sales pitches for this or that weight loss "secret". I am in my 70's and have been overweight most of my adult life. I seem to lack the discipline to get skinny, and I hate feeling hungry and a loser at the same time, so I quit. Is there really a program, drug, or something that works for older men?
