Has anyone got any tips to lose weight, iv tried so much and iv gained a stone in a month im nearly 19 stone. I dont know how much more i can take

There are two ways to lose weight, reducing calories and exercise. I've lost 2 stone in the year. Don't snack, if you have to make it fruit or vegetables. Walk 10,000 steps everyday day. Eat meat once or twice a week. Avoid pasta and bread. Avoid eating or drinking anything with sugar in it.If you are watching television and on your phone every night, you are doing something wrong, try and get out and about.. especially now lockdown is coming to an end.

Iv cut right down on food and i walk 10,000 steps daily, i have breakfast a light meal for lunch and a main meal of tea, its so frustrating xx

How long have you done it for? Are you eating healthy meals? How big are your portion sizes? Maybe try couch to 5k? Or an exercise video, possibly the gym as they should be opening soon if not already. I know it is frustrating..I really do. But if you persist and try avoid cheat days..the weight should start coming off. My weight started creeping up again with Easter and having chocolate...we all lapse sometimes..don't be to hard on yourself but try sticking at it

Yeah i eat healthy iv been doing it for about 5 months now and just feel like im getting no where xx

All I'd suggest is stepping up the exercise. Walk fast, try running. Have you cut out bread? I was told to have carbs such as rice.or.pasta in only.one meal by a doctor. I've not eaten pasta for over a year and I've gone a bit mad on the bread the past few weeks and my weight has crept up again. Weeks when I don't have it at all, I tend to loose weight.
