My total
weight
loss
over the 12 weeks is 35 lbs or 2 and 1/2 stone. Well pleased with that I now also have a date for my opp. 22nd July. Nervous but please I now have an end insight. But also depends on my full heart scan on the 29th June. Fingers crossed it will be ok

Factoring in weight loss with C25k
Hi everyone I’m currently on W4,R1. I am doing this to lose weight and beginner training for this years London Marathon. I’m doing ok so far on the runs, but don’t seem to be shifting any lb’s. Any advice would be great 😊

Did weight loss help you, even if you weren’t technically overweight?
Has
weight
loss
helped anyone? I’m technically in a healthy
weight
according to my BMI, tho I’m just a few pounds shy of being in the overweight category. I ask as I have eating disorder tendencies and have a hard time losing weight without finding myself falling back into these bad behaviors.

Been eating heart healthy, losing a few pounds, but the splint and wrap on my leg put almost all that
weight
back. so my
weight
loss
graph has a heck of a jump in it. Fight on, PCa brothers!

Amantadine for tremor?
I'm pretty freaked out by the list of possible side effects after my horrible experience with Sinemet (nonstop nausea/no appetite/
weight
loss
, constant headaches, extreme fatigue, eye pain/blurry vision, massive hair loss).

Positive weight loss stories C25K
I just want to hear some positive
weight
loss
stories from doing the C25K... I'm 29, I have 3 children, my youngest is 6 months! I'm currently weighing nearly 16 stone and I am so fed up of being unhealthy! I guess I just need some more motivation to do this challenge!

Possible crohns, awaiting biopsies
I had a colonoscopy on Thursday after a couple of months of pretty debilitating diarrhoea with blood, mucus &
weight
loss
. I’ve had previous scopes but always clear. This one showed moderate colitis through the colon with the consultant thinking Crohns. I’m just awaiting biopsies for confirmation.

My 600lb Life
Does anyone know if he got
weight
loss
surgery? One thing that I cannot get my head around is the "enablers" who supply those with limited mobility many 1000s of calories per day.

Is anyone else taking rhodiola rosea?
Hubby has been taking rhodiola now for a month, 1 per day for 2 weeks then 2 per day. He is doing very well this winter considering usually winter is when he falls to pieces. He is better than he has been for 5 winters! He is laughing, proactively doing things, and is interested in things. The rhodiola

HAS ANYONE TRIED......
Hello all! I'm so impressed with everyone sharing their RLS strategies on this site and want to say thank you. I would love to hear from folks who might have tried any brain/nervous system modulation strategies, ie: tCDS, (trans cranial direct stimulation) rTMS, PEMF, neurofeedback, red light therapy
