After loosing over 10 Stone I’ve stalled with my
weight
loss
so needed to do something to kickstart it. I still have about 4-5 Stone to loose.

Severe knee arthritis
Hi everyone. I have bone on bone compartmental arthritis in both knees and have been told I need total knee replacements. I’m keen to avoid surgery if possible so am researching other ideas. Has anyone tried red light therapy and if so does it provide any pain relief or regeneration of cartilage etc.

Convinced I'm Dying
But the
weight
loss
has worried me. I went through a bad patch a few months back, high anxiety, bad reflux, didn't eat much and dropped a lot of
weight
(I have another condition that make
weight
loss
difficult so this was a shock) since then my
weight
has gone up and down.

Afib once and done?
My blood pressure has been 128/69 fairly steady since the
weight
loss
and sensible eating. My calcium score was moderate and my cholesterol is 137.

Brain Fog, possible HE, Cirrhosis lethargy
I’ve been alcohol free for a year after a good 20 years of abuse floating this way and that, 45 year old woman no kids not much family.. was hoping to really feel the physiological effects of sobriety by now and there have been some improvements namely a bit of
weight
loss
, able to walk for longer periods

Weight loss and exercise.
Just thought I'd drop a quick hello to you all. I hope your all safe and well. Looking for some advice on the best way to lose weight whilst living with Atrial Fibrillation. Finding it very tough to exercise without sending my heart rate into a high beat. Thanks.

General introduction and seeking recommendation
Edit: I take a multivitamin, b12, and vitamin E since the b12 was recommended for
weight
loss
and the vitamin E was recommended by my doctor for the liver.

What about weight?
When I was diagnosed I used Doctor Google to find that a common sign is
weight
loss
. I thought...Cool! But three years later I'm 30# heavier. Pre-diagnosis I was a marathon runner. Post-diagnosis I'm....not. I still exercise using a treadmill and chin-up bar.

Light therapy
I have a far infrared sauna which you lie in and have your head out. Im considering investing in Red Light therapy for a family member who has a degenerated cerebellum. I understand Red Light therapy is the healing light without the heat. What sort of light therapy would you recommend?

What do I ask/say to my rheumatologist this Thursday?
Unexplained
weight
loss
(11 pounds in six week, but now with effort, I've put half back on). Swollen veins on either temple (in the summer for three days). As a result of my concern, she tested me again last week. It showed CPR at <0.1 mg/L and Sedimentation rate at 24.
