I'm glad things are going so well! Please don't be disheartened if your weight goes up and down as it's perfectly normal for it to fluctuate day to day, weekly weigh-ins can help to keep track of longer term progress
Hello thegreato. I'm new. It's day one of my "be a loser" diet. I'd love to encourage each other here on the posts. I'm starting with a fast. That usually works well for me to get my bad habits under control. Today's weight 180. I'll weigh in a week. I don't do well seeing the numbers all the time so only weighing once or twice a month usually works best for me. So far so good for my first day. I've had a banana and one fasting shake and it is noon. I'm determined to finish the day strong. You stay strong today too and let's get to our next weigh-in with smiles on our faces.
