My weight loss as stumbled like the previous 8 years since I had lymphodema in both lower leg's and take 2 diuretic tablets in morning, my gym 2 hour workout 3 time's per week x-trainer 30 minute's sit down Weights&Treadmill 20 minute's started 149kgs was 145kg but back up to 147kg in 6 day's as caught virus last Thursday down gym that wiped me out, so had no energy to workout but went for 3 mile park walk yesterday that when I got home knocked me for six with fatigue, I am hoping to start back tomorrow at gym Friday 14th June if body allows as still feel a little weak with virus, but even if I did a full 3 day workout I can't lose weight just feel more energised and fitter but scales won't go down and this as gone on for year's since 2017 when lymphodema started with off on swollen leg's, so I don't know what else I can do, my bmi is 42 and have considered surgery in Turkey or Latvia but heard some terrible stories that went wrong and thinking of pen injections but there's side effects with them so with No help fro my doctor's surgery I honestly feel I'm losing this battle and I should get used to realising I will Never lose weight just feel better, I cannot shift the weight to my goal of 115 kg, that is not achievable currently or in recent year's, I'm totally deflated.

It helped my weight loss to focus on living my life, hobbies, job, etc., as I began to lose some weight. So much so that at my annual health check-up, I was surprised to have continued losing weight. My attentions were so much elsewhere, and only sometimes on my weight.

Hi buddy,

Do not lose hope. I myself shed quite a good number of Pounds while I was coping with fatty liver with injury. This I did with right eating habits and walking. You can also do the same. You can read my blog to get right information.

Thanks for positive feedback Sheerrysean, I will read your link and get back to you, as I've tried almost everything to lose weight but it will not go under 140 kgs let alone my goal of 115 kgs, I still hold out hope as it needs someone probably like yourself to direct me in as way I ain't dinner before, as I have watched what I eat and exercise, Also I've still got virus with no pain just body feels like jelly after a simple shower and put washing out on line, I felt as if I'd over done it Mtn Cycling or hard gym workout but I will be out walking this afternoon, Thanks for replying I'll be back in touch with you as its worked for you "Greaat"👍
