We Did It! We Did It!!!! We Did It!!! (My Dog and I)
Here are the positives: We can't wait to go on the next run (even if I always feel a bit nervous before I go - the dog never complains) Feeling fuller and eating less (not sure how that happened) - less

too Just beginning to see some muscle profile return to these old legs

has anyone else here been diagnosed with spider naevus in pregnancy
i'm 25 weeks, and have developed these red spidery marks, all over my chest and arms, and to be quite honest it looks bloody awful, doc reckons it's quite common, but had never heard of it before. feeling really excited about new baby, as been trying for 7 years, but suffering a bit lately with reflux

I have had appeal turned down for DLA. Anybody here made it to tribunal? I am soooo depressed
Have been claiming DlA for the last 3 yrs on high rate mobility and low rate care. Was told to fill form in for renewal and got declined, appealed and got turned down :(. I am now housebound unless someone takes me out with an assisted wheelchair as i cannot walk unaided. I need the DLA to be able to

Red X - Loan of mobility aids.I dont think I like the outside world anymore.
Cant remember who suggested trying The Red Cross but thank you! My best friend over the last 44 years got married on Friday. Would've hated to miss this one and without a wheelchair it would've have been impossible. I made it through the speeches and then left them to it. To be honest, really

Can anyone help with weight gain and water retention when taking the pill back to back?
I was able to lose some of the weight I gained and only have what we know as a 'normal' amount of
water
retention
, I don't have to take prescribed
water
tablets anymore.

Problems with waterworks!!
My legs and body do swell with fluid
retention
and even on
water
tablets I still have no pressure.....I do go to the loo more frequently on the water tablets, but without them I can go hours. I drink mainly water all day and maybe have a coffee once in a while, but thats all.

Week 7 post holiday failure. Was I too keen? Do I start again?
I suffered a burn on my leg which, I think, resulted in
water
retention
. My legs were like tree trunks and granny ankles was an understatement. Somehow I managed to gain 10lb and a huge blister - just above my ankle.

Arnica gel and Arnica bath soak - a suggestion
I've used arnica since QVC began and adore it! you can buy it as a gel and as a bath soak. SBC make one that has a high concentration of pure Arnica. Others dilute it. Bath soak :- You only need one pump in the bath [don't be rude!] the bath soak is also good to add to a bowl of hot as you can

After sitting in the waiting room in pain we were called in, my disability officer and mum came in.As we sat down the panel introduced

Restart of RA medication after an operation
I've had a TURP last week. If you don't know what that is then please ignore this question. 4 days after the op I re-started Sulfasalazine. Today I am about to re-start MTX. CIMZIA will have to wait another 3 weeks at least, I was told. Has anybody been in a similar situation? Are there things I should
