Osteoporosis
Just one Adcal-D3 chewable tablet plus
K2
Mk-7
vitamin
which I read helped absorb the calcium and take it to the correct place. In November 2023 I had 3 year bone scan which showed deterioration. AP Spine( L1-L4).

Adding Vitamin K to D3 - K, K1, K2, Mk, etc?
I want to add K to my D and don’t know the specifics or dosing. I have a stockpile of about 6-12 months of D3 due to an auto-Amazon order and previously sharing the D with family. I take one a day - D3 at 2500 iu (62.5 mcgs). What specifically can I add to get the right k? K, k1, k2, what about mk7

Underactive thyroid - follow-up
I haven't been taking any
vitamin
K2
recently but previously took Vitabay. Is this a good
vitamin
brand for
K2
or are there better brands out there ? I typically take my B complex and vit d tablets at lunch and would take K2 later in the afternoon / early evening.

STATINS
Hi Can I please ask, if anybody takes a
K2
vitamin
and statins? I ask as i've been led to believe that
K2
vitamin
directly moves the calcium directly into the bones and not straight into the arteries. I've also read that if you take statins with this vitamin it stops it from doing this task??

Adcal-D3
I’m guilty of not supplementing regularly but when I do, I take Dr Best vit D3 5000IU and K-Pearls (bio-
vitamin
K2
MK7). I also take Nutri-Advanced MegaMag Calmeze and I thought these were more than adequate and perhaps I just take the Adcal on top? Any reading pointers /advice greatly appreciated

Getting tested after taking any supplements...
(He has me taking folate, I've had iron infusion, and
vitamin
d3 with
k2
) I have been taught to self inject at home and I am injecting every other day until I see improvement before making wider gaps between my days. Sending solidarity with everyone on here. 💛 Sunny x

possible to improve C Telopeptide Serum blood test for risk of osteonecrosis?
In the meantime, I’m eating as well as I can, taking
Vitamin
K2
and other supplements and looking to start weight bearing exercise. If anyone can shed light on this for me or give me anecdotal tips, I’d appreciate it. Im 51 and pretty freaked out that I’ll never get ahead of this in time.
