vitamin k2 thoughts ?
Hello Ladies and Gents There’s a lot of reading matter online about the claimed benefits of taking k2 to keep calcium from arteries and transporting it to bones where it should be. Does anyone have any info on any possible negative effects of k2 on heart patients on statins? otherwise it would seem

Advice needed (again) from you lovely people
Since then I continued supplementing with Igennus super B-complex (2 tabs) and
vitamin
combo D3+
K2
(2 tabs, each 4000IU D3 and 250mcg K2). I have tried some magnesium powder (mix as a drink) but it didn’t sit well in my stomach, maybe I just need to find one that suits me.

Calcium, confused
Should l continue to take calcium with
vitamin
d3 and
k2
, or just
vitamin
d3 and
k2
, or none at all? My PSA level for 18mths has remained at 0.01 so the urologist said no more biclutamide and Eligard. Continue with supplements or stop?

Osteoporosis
Just one Adcal-D3 chewable tablet plus
K2
Mk-7
vitamin
which I read helped absorb the calcium and take it to the correct place. In November 2023 I had 3 year bone scan which showed deterioration. AP Spine( L1-L4).

30 Day Update
I want to do some study and take
Vitamin
D and
K2
for this winter. Have not decided what month to start. Going with sooner is better than later. I again did a trial of Folate/L-Mehylfolate for three days at one mg per day.

Results Advice
Had been taking B12,
vitamin
D &
K2
. Test taken at 9am fasted. Not on Levothyroxine. Plan at present is simply to feel better. Already ditched caffeine & alcohol. Now going to trial 3months gluten and dairy free.

Vitamin K2 (MK 7) worth it ?
I was reading an article yesterday about
vitamin
K2
( Mk 7), helping the slow down of blocking arteries. I have never been one for taking supplements as most don't seem to be worth it and have been discounted by various "experts".

Adding Vitamin K to D3 - K, K1, K2, Mk, etc?
I want to add K to my D and don’t know the specifics or dosing. I have a stockpile of about 6-12 months of D3 due to an auto-Amazon order and previously sharing the D with family. I take one a day - D3 at 2500 iu (62.5 mcgs). What specifically can I add to get the right k? K, k1, k2, what about mk7

Optimum
I’m UAT and take 1 grain Armour Thyroid am and 3/4 pm with
vitamin
D,
K2
, Mg and B Complex. I’m also on Oestrogel and Utrogestan. TSH is suppressed due to long term T3. What is actually considered optimum levels for T4 and T3 - also vitamin D?

Bone Density - Dexa
But I take
vitamin
K2
,
vitamin
D, magnesium, boron, etc. I do not take calcium. Or perhaps the cause is E2<12 pg/mL. I have that covered too. But doctors persist in prescribing harmful Bisphosphonates & Denosumab (Prolia / Xgeva).

Getting tested after taking any supplements...
(He has me taking folate, I've had iron infusion, and
vitamin
d3 with
k2
) I have been taught to self inject at home and I am injecting every other day until I see improvement before making wider gaps between my days. Sending solidarity with everyone on here. 💛 Sunny x

Any Help to break free of this rut I'm in??
I have tried adrenal supplements, iron supplements,
Vitamin
B's, Vit D with
K2
. I cannot get myself out of this funk, I honestly feel like I am just disappearing, fading away from life and it scares me. When I mention it to my Psych Nurse who I love it's like she isn't getting it.

I am taking
vitamin
D and calcium, can I take
vitamin
