Vitamin K2

Does anyone take this? I was advised to take it recently, I have osteoporosis as well as PBC.

How much dosage of vitamin K2 do I need to take daily.

I take accrete D3 twice daily and have been taking one Vitamin K2 (90 ug) per day. Just wondering if this is enough? It says to take 1-2 a day on the box.

Another question... somewhere in the posts I found an article that's says a prebiotic, a certain magnesium and vitamin k2 and d3 taken altogether helps. Has anyone tried this? Thank you

Trying to find best vitamin K2 supplement. I can’t take calcium but lots of dairy and take D3 on its own daily. I take methotrexate, steroids and other meds so I don’t want the strongest K2 but one I can absorb without a problem.

My question is, my 4000 IU tabs include vitamin K2 however I'm finding it difficult to find high doses of vitamin D that also contain K2. Do I need to purchase K2 separately will i am dosing up? Any clarity would be great!

I'm aware that historically Warfarin has a question mark over vitamin K1 for various reasons Some people seem to monitor using inr testing but my question is that more modern anti coagulants use a different mechanism of action

Right now I am just sticking with doing my weight bearing exercises, taking calcium citrate and vitamin k2. My next scan is this August. Hoping there is an improvement. But if there is not, I still am hesitant about starting any medications.

What I would like advice on is vitamin D, I have been taking D3 supplements for many years prescribed by my GP but I think I remember seeing on here that if you take vitamin D supplements you should also take vitamin K2, is this correct? Should I be taking vitamin K2?

I started taking vitamin D3 4000, vitamin K2, Selenium: 25mg: 2/day, Zinc: 100 mg: 2/day. I take Mangosteen: 2/day and I just started eating turmeric in almost every meal due to that fact that I was told I have inflammation in my body.

Basically, I know that many of you take Vitamin K2, and I will take this too, but I don't want to take a supplement with bulk fillers. Can anyone suggest a really "clean" supplement? Should I take Vit D3 as well, do you think? I really intend to sort this out with diet as well.

I take Vitamin D 2200iu throughout Winter, and, as of October 23, after some online research, added Vitamin K2, 100 ug. Is it advisable to take Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D ?
