I think I need a reset
I have tried adrenal supplements, iron supplements,
Vitamin
B's, Vit D with
K2
. I cannot get myself out of this funk, I honestly feel like I am just disappearing, fading away from life and it scares me. When I mention it to my Psych Nurse who I love it's like she isn't getting it.

Vitamin A - retinol.
Seeing as how vitamin A is one of the fat solubles like
Vitamin
D3 and
K2
it is important for many things including the immune system. Dr. Campbell was focussing during the Covid19 pandemic on the need for good levels of vitamin D.

possible to improve C Telopeptide Serum blood test for risk of osteonecrosis?
In the meantime, I’m eating as well as I can, taking
Vitamin
K2
and other supplements and looking to start weight bearing exercise. If anyone can shed light on this for me or give me anecdotal tips, I’d appreciate it. Im 51 and pretty freaked out that I’ll never get ahead of this in time.

Latest results from both GP and Medichecks
For quite some time up until March of this year I had been supplementing with
Vitamin
D3/
K2
, Magnesium and B12. I decided to stop them all as my vitamin D had vastly improved (and summer was approaching) and I had an over range serum B12 result from my GP.

Fear of too many vitamins.
Vitamin
D Calcium citrate,
Vitamin
K2
, Boron, magnesium, etc. After a year taking all this I was suffering terrible irritable bowel pain, put on medication such as Buscapan , I had scans tests etc. Nothing so definatly irritable bowel, I was so scared of eating anything in case it got worse.

Any info on vitamin K2 ?
I'm planning to ask my neph about

Question
I recently asked to have my vitamin D checked after being found to be deficient last year and given a high strength prescription, I was then told to buy my own vitamins after that (I now take 2500iu
Vitamin

Update
I take
vitamin
D and
K2
orally. As I expected the 5 times a day resulted in healing which is hard on the body. I decided I would rather risk the possible improvement than crash and wonder if it could be avoided with more robust supplementation. I am pleased I made that decision.

Eating Nuts for Heart Health

Increased bloating, gas and burning sensation in throat (?heartburn). On NDT
I am currently using NDT, and I have been taking Thyroid S for several years with varying batch success. I have just started a new batch 23T01008. I have also been trialling Roseway Labs Compounded NDT on and off due to the fewer ingredients to see if it suited me better as I have not been feeling optimum

Affect of exercise on Thyroid levels
Hi everyone. I, realised back in March that my long suffering with nerve pain had got considerably better. I don't know why it suddenly reduced. I'm just really pleased that it did! I decided to get my health and weight under control as I am now able to exercise. I started doing three or four walks

B vits
I think I need to start taking b vits again as feeling very foggy brained, apathetic etc. I stopped as ineggus b complex seemed to be exacerbating a pain under my right rib. I stopped taking them and the pain ceased. I tried one tablet again last week and the pain returned. I’ve had a chest x ray and
