Vitamin K2
Trying to find best
vitamin
K2
supplement. I can’t take calcium but lots of dairy and take D3 on its own daily. I take methotrexate, steroids and other meds so I don’t want the strongest K2 but one I can absorb without a problem.

Does anyone take
vitamin
K2
supplements? There are claims that it reduces calcium deposits in arteries. If so, would it cause problems for PV patients?

Best Vit K2 Supplement UK, Anyone?
Basically, I know that many of you take
Vitamin
K2
, and I will take this too, but I don't want to take a supplement with bulk fillers. Can anyone suggest a really "clean" supplement? Should I take Vit D3 as well, do you think? I really intend to sort this out with diet as well.

Vitamin K2
I've just read this interesting article describing the importance of
Vitamin
K2
in maintaining bone health, and as this nutrient is so often overlooked by our medical people thought I'd share here: https://melioguide.com/osteoporosis-nutrition/

Adding calcium in order to strengthen bones
I do take
vitamin
K2
Question 2: Will statins do anything for my heart health? A low cholesterol count doesn't mean less calcification as I understood and I am not sure statins will lower cholesterol levels.

Vitamin K2 - oil
I've been using Vitamaze
Vitamin
K2
but I need to order a replacement and it's out of stock. What other
K2
products are people using? I don't want one with
Vitamin
D in it. I liked the oil version. Darn it!

went off Xgeva for a year, have to go back on it. Ideas or tips helpful
I started taking boron,
Vitamin
K2
and silica for a month or two. Turns out I already had some additional progression of the disease and ended up with a pelvic fracture last month. I just had surgery to correct it.

Tooth Extraction delayed because of risks while on Alendronic Acid
I’m taking high strength
Vitamin
D3 4000 and
Vitamin
K2
MK-7 200 3 times a week. Should I now take these daily? I also have 150 mls of Greek Yogurt per day. I am now on 7mg steroids daily, tapering slowly from 20mg when diagnosed with PMR May 2023.

Because of the possibility of calcium deposits I believe
vitamin
K2
puts the calcium into the bone and am considering taking this. I shall also be asking for the results of the bone density scan after reading many of your reports.

Introduction and Strontium Ranelate
I’m not at all sure SC will have the same effect but in addition to strontium, I've always taken
vitamin
K2
as MK7 200mcg per day and 2,500 ius
vitamin
D3 per day, and get my blood levels of D tested every six months by GP. I get enough calcium from my food.
