I am taking
vitamin
D and calcium, can I take
vitamin

as well I want to try and naturally increase my bone density. I have been given no physio at all and I am doing walks with my trolley although it takes me ages of up to 5 miles every other day. Any core exercises would be welcome please.

Bone Density - Dexa
But I take
vitamin
K2
,
vitamin
D, magnesium, boron, etc. I do not take calcium. Or perhaps the cause is E2<12 pg/mL. I have that covered too. But doctors persist in prescribing harmful Bisphosphonates & Denosumab (Prolia / Xgeva).

Vitamins and Minerals - Good or Bad - What I've Recently Discovered
Actually 7 in number,
vitamin
C, B, D3,
K2
, Taurine, Magnesium and CoQ10 (I added CoQ10 late last year). Over the last few months all the joints in my body had been getting sore to the point where they really hurt, especially when I had to stand up from sitting.

I’m UAT and take 1 grain Armour Thyroid am and 3/4 pm with
vitamin
D,
K2
, Mg and B Complex. I’m also on Oestrogel and Utrogestan. TSH is suppressed due to long term T3. What is actually considered optimum levels for T4 and T3 - also vitamin D?

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take
vitamin
D 400mg and 300mg vit
k2
, and 600mg magnesium at a separate time from the calcium. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

Had been taking B12,
vitamin
D &
K2
. Test taken at 9am fasted. Not on Levothyroxine. Plan at present is simply to feel better. Already ditched caffeine & alcohol. Now going to trial 3months gluten and dairy free.

Not SAD
Vitamin

not a total solution. What I call my sun deprivation is not as severe as in the past. It is still a factor. With the current cloud cover I have experienced a roller coaster of healing.

Underactive thyroid - follow-up
I haven't been taking any
vitamin
K2
recently but previously took Vitabay. Is this a good
vitamin
brand for
K2
or are there better brands out there ? I typically take my B complex and vit d tablets at lunch and would take K2 later in the afternoon / early evening.
