Over medicating
The 2 notable results were very low
vitamin
D
(nmol/L: 35.5 on a range of 50 – 250) and a high FT3 (pmol/L: 7.7 from a range of 3.1 – 6.8). I've come to the conclusion that I'm over medicating with my NDT regime (up until the results came in I was on 1 grain at 7am and 1 grain at 9pm).

Vitamins when pregnant
Am slightly nervous but got to trust the professionals and my body a bit now, I am also taking
vitamin
D
, folic acid and folate (I take extra folate as I have the MTHFR gene mutation which means my body doesn’t break down folic acid).

This has shown up that he has fluid around his heart as it's just not pumping properly, is severely anaemic and his

Cramp plus update
Just taking pred,
vitamin
D
and K2 at the moment, with no other meds at all. I have no idea whether stopping Lansoprazole has an effect on my eye pressures or not-I have glaucoma, but when I got them checked last week, pressures were both 12, which has never happened before, usually about 16ish.
