I feel like crying ...
I consulted a private B12 specialist who put me on EOD B12 and high dose folic acid and
Vitamin
D
. They did a blood test and confirmed I had autoimmune antibodies. Neurologist then excluded any neurological autoimmune condition.

I was prescribed Lansoprazole for my stomach problems and was taking
vitamin
D
tablets because my levels were down, both of which can cause kidney disease, which I’ve just been diagnosed with. So be careful and always research your medication. Hope you have the best day possible.

Hashimoto flare up
I've upped my
Vitamin
D
and one of the suggested from here was to stop my NDT for a while (i was taking 2 grains of Thyroid-S NDT) to relive myself from potentially having too much T3 in my body.

UPDATE: RLS, magnesium, calcium and hard water
Vitamin
D
worsens insomnia. But changing my magnesium dose timings so I take the last 200mg just before bed has (blissfully) allowed me to sleep well.

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
I also take
vitamin
D
400mg and 300mg vit k2, and 600mg magnesium at a separate time from the calcium. My Parathyroid and all other bone profile test results say ok. Confused. . Need your thoughts please? Is there a reason why my blood tests are not reflecting the amount of calcium I ingest?

D

vitamin

Feeling a bit depressed about my vitamin D level. Is it due to my adrenal insufficiency?
But anyway, I received a letter from the NHS endo today asking my GP to put me on high strength
vitamin
D
supplements as my
vitamin
D
is 46 and that is a real real shocker to me as I've been taking a
vitamin
D
oral spray since January. A betteryou one which is a vit
D
/ K combo.
