Breakthrough?
Only 15 days in to the successful regiment of 2 mg every 5 hours including setting an alarm and injecting at night. So three times in the last 15 days I essentially skipped a dose. The breakthrough is I was able to observe that there was a 10 to 15 hour delay in the effects of that missed dose. Or

Pins and Needles
I made an error in not being aware that I was reading pins and needles and equating that with the agony and debilitating pain I used to experience. Not the same experience. Part of this error is the treatment protocols are the same no matter the pain and agony level so to physicians the severity is

Injecting three forms of B12 at the same time?
Has anyone tried injecting three forms of B12 at the same time? I am designing a new trial and am considering staying with my amount of 2mg mg 5 hours apart including setting an alarm to inject in the night so my body is never without enough B12 for my cells to heal and injecting the three forms.

Latest 14 day trial.
Not a trial of volume rather a trial of constant frequency. A trial to explore a hypothesis. Not seeing if I can stumble on something ‘that works’. I consider injecting the same amount less frequently as under supplementation. Note: frequently is not meaningful unless there is a number. Twice a month

Mum's battle
She also takes B5, B6,
B12
and other supplements including Selenium, Zinc,
Vitamin
C, COQ10 and so on. Since supplementation and introducing regular exercise, her health was much better until she woke up with unbearable neck pain.

Last week I had a
vitamin
B12
shot on Monday, and then on Tuesday I saw a hematologist because I wanted to rule out that I'm anemic. He ordered labs (they did them right there on site). A few minutes later, he said I was not anemic and was also probably not B12 deficient.

Hypothesis XII
Hypothesis XII The reason I write a hypothesis instead of using what if or it might be is that it is laborious. No way do I have the funding or experience to prove my hypothesis. The reality that no expert is going to try and prove or disprove it is inconsequential. I very much only write as it helps

Root cause of autoimmune B12 def
Hello- I was just diagnosed with PA and was prescribed injections (cyanocobalamin unfortunately). This was from a hematology referral for low white blood cells. That turned out to be ok, but the doc noticed my B12 was "low" at 310. I was already supplementing B12 so she just said keep doing that.
