Sounds like an error. I'd contact them and ask for the range.
No they don’t. But they show the result on a graph, with the in range section in a different colour, so you can see how far through the range you are. The TSH, T4 and T3 have ranges.
If you look at your results on a small screen (e.g. phone), you may not see the full details.
MMH do show your results on a graph with numbers at the left, but also in text format below the graph (see screenshot example for TSH)
Information about reference ranges for their anaemia test is on this page monitormyhealth.org.uk/anae...
What are your reference ranges?
Our anaemia tests do not have reference ranges. Instead, we have cut-off values below which a measure can be considered low. These cut-off values follow the recommendations of the British Society for Haematology.
Haemoglobin: below 120 g/L for females and below 130 g/L for males indicates anaemia
Ferritin: below 15 ug/L suggests iron deficiency
Transferrin Saturation: below 16% suggests iron deficiency
Folate: 3 ug/L or below suggests folate deficiency
Active vitamin B12: below 38 pmol/L suggests vitamin B12 deficiency
