Lab Results and asking for increase in meds

Here are my lab results fasting and before 9 am without taking levothyroxine and t3. I want to ask for an increase in levothyroxine and T3. I am currently taking 75mcg levothyroxine and 5 mcg of T3 once a day. Also, I use the D3 spray. When I asked for an increase before, the doc stated that my TSH would become too low. I've learned that isn't an issue. My questions are: Is it a good move to ask for an increase in meds? If yes, what is the best way to express this when they say no, which she probably will lol. I don't feel optimal. The t3 does seem to help a bit.

T4 1.02 ng/dl Range: .82-1.77

TSH 0.599 ulU/Ml Range: .45-4.5

Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy 20.8 Range: 30-100

B12 421 ng/ml Range: 232-1245

T3 2.8 pg/ml Range: 2-4.4

Day before test you should split T3 taking last 2.5mcg dose 8-12 hours before test

As you took 5mcg 24 hours before test Ft3 is false low

FT3: 2.8 pmol/l (Range 2 - 4.4)

Ft3 33.33% through range

FT4: 1.02 pmol/l (Range 0.82 - 1.77)

Ft4 only 21.05% through range

Suggests that you need 25mcg dose increase in Levo

Vitamin D and B12 low

What supplements are you taking

Need ferritin and folate tested

Oh! Thanks! I did take the T3 the day before my test, just not the day of the test.

I didn't split it though.

Next time ….day before test split dose ….last 2.5mcg at 8-12 hours before test
