Breakthrough?

Only 15 days in to the successful regiment of 2 mg every 5 hours including setting an alarm and injecting at night.

So three times in the last 15 days I essentially skipped a dose. The breakthrough is I was able to observe that there was a 10 to 15 hour delay in the effects of that missed dose. Or three injections.

I will be more roust in by planning to make sure I do not go more than 5 hours between my injections. That is easy and falls into the find what works methodology.

As one who uses information to make decisions it is a breakthrough as it is more evidence that my body heals more efficiently when it is never starved for B12 even if that does not result in symptoms associated with B12 deficiency as determined by experts. Note: The choices I have made not from a find what works method has resulted in me not experiencing 'symptoms' for the last 4 months.

It will be a lot easier for me to be more robust in following my regiment now there is more evidence my hypothesis was applicable. It will also may be helpful in designing a new trial or deciding not to design a new trial until the weather is more conducive to healing and less conducive to experiencing a crash from the stress of the results of doing a new trial. I have found that a change in regiment does not work until my body has adjusted to the change. Could be viewed as does not work I guess.
